Safeguarding our customers’ assets is of utmost importance to us. DeepStore stringently manages the chain of custody of all customers’ assets, and all DeepStore employees are subject to Criminal Records Bureau security checks prior to employment.

Security procedures begin the moment we collect your records. We use unmarked vehicles and even have measures in place in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident.

Our unique archive location provides natural protections. Located 150 metres under Winsford, Cheshire, our restricted-access facility guarantees that only authorised employees can enter, and it is naturally free from ultraviolet light, vermin and natural dangers such as wind, flooding and lightning.

All surface facilities are protected by advanced security and access-control systems, and every one of our facilities employ the latest fire detection and protection systems including:

• Very early smoke detection alarm systems (VESDA).
• Water spray-mist fire-fighting equipment (IFEX).
• Closed-circuit television monitoring.
• 24-hour security linked to emergency services.
