Is DeepStore only for long term storage?
No, DeepStore offers both active and inactive storage from our three sites - Bromley-by-Bow and Wallington in London and Winsford in Cheshire. Many DeepStore clients regularly retrieve records daily and weekly. We offer next day delivery as standard and same day as well as 2 hour urgent local delivery services.

Do you only work with large companies?
No, whether customers have 50 boxes or 500,000 we can assist them with their storage requirements.

Do you only store documents?
No, we store a huge variety of different items on behalf of our clients. Our 3 sites offer a wide range of storage solutions including vault storage, magnetic media, files and box storage as well as more unusual items such as works of art.

Do you have an online system?
Yes, DeepStore Online allows secured access to business reports and order entry to clients via a web browser at any time of day, from any location 365 days a year. There is also the ability to define and update item descriptions within selected fields and also schedule requests in advance. Standard user interface conventions are followed to make the whole process as simple as possible and because of this flexible Microsoft architecture, the language, access arrangements, queries and reports can all be customised to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Can you provide referees?
Yes, DeepStore has built up an enviable portfolio of clients, based on the provision of exceptional service at a competitive price. These cover a wide spectrum of markets, from Healthcare to Banking and Solicitors to Service Industries, as well as specialists industries requiring bespoke solutions. The ethos of DeepStore is to ensure each client's expectations are exceeded and provide industry leading customer service regardless of the size or value of the client. Upon request we can supply appropriate and corresponding referees.

Can you provide an emergency 2hr service?
Yes, DeepStore has a wide range of services available, not just limited to providing emergency transport solutions. Depending on the nature and urgency of the request we can offer solutions such as fax back or scan on demand, which dramatically reduces the 'wait' time for those urgent requests. However if the only answer is the traditional means of 'transport' then DeepStore has at its disposal not only it's own fleet of vehicles able to respond to urgent requirements, but also approved 3rd party couriers fully trained and aware of the procedures and expectations of DeepStore and our clients alike.
